Dive Squad

Join us for a 1M springboard diving class. You will be introduced to fundamental techniques used to perform an approach, front dive and back dive, as well as more advanced dives as your skills warrant. Must currently be in 8th - 11th grade. You must be able to swim 50 yards of Freestyle continuously to join this class.
